No Returns or Refunds

Please note the following:

• All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a service has been booked and/or delivered, whether partially or fully, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, we do not accept returns. This includes any downloadable products, digital consultations, or customized creative assets.

• Client satisfaction is our priority. If you have questions or concerns about your service, we strongly encourage open communication. We are happy to make minor revisions, within the scope of your package, to ensure you are satisfied with the final delivery.

• Missed Appointments or No-Shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. Please respect our time as we respect yours.

• Deposits and Payments made to secure services are also non-refundable, as they reserve your spot in our limited calendar and contribute to the planning and preparation required to deliver a high-quality experience.
